London City Airport is the only choice for fast and direct travel to and from the heart of London. The information desk at London City airport is situated on your left when entering the terminal.
The check-in desks are situated on the ground floor on the right hand side of the terminal. There are television screens above the desks detailing which desk to check-in for your flight.

Check in is a minimum of 20 minutes before your departure but it is better to give yourself plenty of time prior to flying. If you are travelling with hand baggage only and already have a valid ticket for your flight, you  can complete your check-in at the airline desks in Departure Lounge.

London City Airport operates frequent shuttle buses to several stations that connect into London's public transport system. The shuttle goes to/from Liverpool Street Station in central London (on the Central, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines of the London Underground), Canary Wharf (on the Jubilee line of the Underground, and the Docklands Light Rail line) and to Canning Town Station (Jubilee line and the Docklands Light Rail). The shuttle costs £6 each way to/from Liverpool Street, £3 to/from Canary Wharf, and £2 to/from Canning Town
